1) Things Are Getting Better
Watney Robotics, a San Francisco based startup, now has a robot that can fold sheets and towels 24/7 with no human intervention.
Robots are finally coming and I believe within 3 years will be a part of our daily lives.
FOLD! FOLD! FOLD!
An overnight timelapse of one of our live deployments teleoperated from over 7000 miles away. Our robots fold 24/7/365 with no human intervention, handling long-tail edge cases with no downtime.— Watney Robotics (@watneyrobotics)

Vercel's v0, a leading AI UI tool, just released a game-changing update: Clone entire landing pages with just a URL. Plus, enhanced backend integration capabilities make full-stack development significantly easier.
This signals a major shift toward AI-generated applications and raises important questions about product differentiation. Generic SaaS companies may need to innovate beyond easily replicable features as these tools advance.

3) What Donald Trump Means for AI in 2025
In this week’s episode of The Next Wave, Matt Wolfe and I touched on a pretty controversial topic. We discussed what Trump means for AI in 2025. Check it out!

4) Claude Gets Personalized
I feel like this is a feature that EVERYONE'S been wanting and waiting for. I'm excited to test this out and see if it can actually write like me!
Unfortunately, this news has been overshadowed by the "Sora Leak," which has already been shut-down. This is bigger IMO.

Claude, the leading ChatGPT competitor by Anthropic, just got a really interesting upgrade. You now can customize how it responds to you.
The choices are Normal, Concise, Explanatory or Formal. You also have the ability to create a custom style by submitting examples of your own writing or other writing examples you like.
I expect this to become normal in all AI tools in the future.
5) Things I’m Learning From
VIDEO: Public Access to Open AI's Sora Video Generator just Leaked...(MATTVIDPRO) - Sora, the incredible AI video tool from OpenAI that hasn’t was teased over 6 months ago but hasn’t been released to the public, was leaked today. MattVidPro did a great job explaining the leak and showing how incredible Sora is.
VIDEO: Here's ALL The Black Friday Deals For AI Stuff (MATT WOLFE) - AI tools are starting to get insanely expensive when you subscribe to everything. This video from Matt is useful to find some cool AI tools and gadgets you can get at a discount right now.
PODCAST: Marc Andreessen (JOE ROGAN) - This episode has taken over X today with clips going everywhere. The most interesting part of the episode was when Marc (creator of Netscape and partner at one of the top VC funds, A16Z), detailed meetings with the Biden administration that shocked him. He said that they planned for there to be only 2-3 AI companies and for them to basically be controlled by the US Government via regulation. And they told him not to even bother with creating new AI companies. Wild.
PODCAST: $100B Founder Breaks Down The Biggest AI Business Opportunities For 2025 (MY FIRST MILLION) - Great episode of one of my favorite podcasts that’s also part of the HubSpot podcast network, My First Million. In this episode they break down the top AI business opportunities for 2025.
That’s all for today. Please consider sharing the newsletter with your friends if you think they’d enjoy it. 🙏
Please give me feedback on Twitter. I am still figuring out the best format for this newsletter. Which part did you like? Dislike? Do you have other suggestions? Please let me know—just tweet @NathanLands.
